Asheboro Parks And Rereation

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, based in Forest Lake Queensland and serving clients across the greater Brisbane area.

I have extensive experience working with complex trauma in adults and children. Grief and emotional trauma can have a profound and devastating impact on our ability to relate to ourselves and the world around us.

My primary purpose is to build a safe, protected space based on trust and compassion and to help my clients explore and express themselves freely. I help my clients to develop appropriate coping strategies to guide them through difficult life issues.

I may be able to help if yourself or a loved one has encountered personal trauma or experienced depression following neglect, sexual abuse, domestic violence, the death of loved ones, or other stressful life events.

I offer:

  • General counselling
  • Body-based psychotherapy
  • Expressive art therapies
  • Inner child work

I’m also a registered Supervisor offering supervision to other counsellors and psychotherapists. I provide a professional & collaborative approach to support each therapist’s own method of therapy. Telephone sessions for supervision are also available. Contact me for more details.
